Corporate Membership
Any individual resident of the Red Lake/Ear Falls District for at least three months at the time of application; can become a Member of the Corporation of the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital, membership can be purchased at a cost of $5 by mail or in person at the hospital reception. The membership is effective for one year from April 1 to March 31 and must be renewed annually.
A member of the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Corporation is entitled to:
A. Receive notice of annual and special meetings of the Corporation;
B. Attend annual and special meetings of the Corporation;
C. Vote at annual and special meetings of the Corporation (if the membership fee has been paid 60 days prior to the annual meeting);
D. Nominate and/or vote on nominations to the Board of Directors of the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital.
