  • Chiropodist/Podiatrist
  • Family Physician, Nurse Practitioner

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Walk-in Clinic 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM Tuesday Mornings
**Closed during the noon hour for lunch

Adult Pediatric
  • Type 1 Diabetes
  • Type 2 Diabetes (diet controlled, pills, insulin, or any combination of treatment)
  • Gestational Diabetes
  • Type 1 Diabetes / Type 2 Diabetes & Pregnancy
  • Impaired Glucose Tolerance (pre-diabetes)
  • Impaired Fasting Glucose (pre-diabetes)
  • High Risk
  • Type 1 Diabetes
  • Type 2 Diabetes (on insulin)
  • Type 2 Diabetes (no insulin)
