Tuesday through Thursday


11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

8:00 AM - 12:00 noon

**Walk-in Clinic 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM - Tuesday Mornings with RN
**Closed during the noon hour for lunch & 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM on Mondays
