Board Members

The Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital is fortunate to have a dedicated skilled-based Board of Directors. The Board Members share a common interest to support and improve the healthcare services available in our community.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the Hospital's overall governance and strategic direction, including financial decisions and implementation of policies and procedures that help the RLMCMH achieve maximum efficiency.

In addition, the Board appoints and replaces the President & CEO, and sets their duties, salaries and benefits. Each Director is responsible to act honestly, in good faith and be accountable to our stakeholders, and in doing so, shall act and make decisions that are in the best interest of the hospital as a whole.

Meetings:

The Board of Governors Public meetings are held the Fourth Tuesday of the month in the Hospital Boardroom. Meetings are not held in December, July, or August.

The Annual Meeting, is held in June of each year, specific dates will be announced on this site a few weeks prior.

As meetings are usually held after business hours, special arrangements must be made to enter the building.  If you would like to attend a meeting, please confirm your attendance by calling the Executive Assistant at (807) 727-3801.
