WALK-IN BLOOD DRAW CLINIC NOTICE

As part of the Red Lake Dental Clinic Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) Lapse, we are offering our three final Walk-In Blood Draw Clinics on the following dates:
- Friday, September 12, 2025: 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1 PM to 3 PM
- Friday, September 19, 2025: 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2 PM to 3 PM
- Friday, September 26, 2025: 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2 PM to 3 PM
Important Instructions:
• Lab requisitions must be picked up at the Red Lake Medical Clinic prior to your arrival.
• Please bring your health card with you.
• Follow posted signage upon arrival (afternoon clients must register at the Main Entrance Information Desk).
•These walk-in clinics are only for collecting samples related to the IPAC lapse.
